Nick has more than 15 years of experience in real estate investing with the development, design and construction industry as well as previous project manager with multiple civil engineering projects in his previous career.
Nick and his family have built an 8 figure real estate portfolio and now pivoting this knowledge and experience into investing in the USA into self storage development syndication projects in locations across the country valued up to $25M.
Nick and his family have accumulated real estate in Canada and the United States (Florida and Texas). With his past experience of investing in multiple countries and asset classes, this knowledge is a great asset for future successful projects and investments in the self storage industry.

Tim Vitale
Tim Vitale is the founder of Upside Capital which is a multifamily and commercial real estate syndication company based out of Wilmington, NC.
Tim has grown his portfolio $87M AUM 757 doors plus three triple net locations including a warehouse and two restaurants. He quit his W2 job in September 2021 which he was the AVP of Finance for a F500 Insurance company and has used those skills and abilities to grow and scale as quickly as he has.
Tim also has a mentorship and coaching program and a facebook group with roughly 4,100 members called Makin Moves Real Estate Community.
Glen Sutherland
Glen Sutherland is a real estate investor from Ontario, Canada where he lives with his wife and two terrific children. He started his investing journey purchasing ‘buy and hold’ rental real estate locally. After a lot of research, he learned of more favorable laws, lower property taxes, and lower cost of entry south of the border.
These days, Glen is investing in the USA by purchasing and renovating projects. He also hosts the Podcast and YouTube channel entitled, “A Canadian Investing in the US”, where he provides information and advice to investors interested in investing in both Canada and the US. Glen has invested in both USA and Canada and understands the advantages for investing cross border to achieve higher ROI on his investments.
Carstin Hao
Carstin currently resides in the east end of Toronto with his wife Katherine. Carstin is a former tech executive with over 10 years experience in sales leadership and has expertise in scaling businesses and building teams. Carstin's is a real estate investor who is looking to scale his portfolio and connect with like-minded investors.
He is an accomplished investor in Airbnb and is an aggressive operator of the Airbnb arbitrage strategy.
